24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation
We comply strictly with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandate regarding 24-hour cancellations for applicable flights:
- You may cancel your booking for a full refund with no cancellation fees within 24 hours of booking.
- This applies only if the booking was made at least seven (7) days prior to the flight's scheduled departure date.
- The refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Refundable Tickets
These premium tickets can typically be canceled before departure for a refund to your original payment method. Airline cancellation fees or FLIGHTINDEED processing fees may still apply depending on the carrier's terms.
Non-Refundable Tickets
The majority of discounted economy fares are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not receive cash back. Instead, the airline may issue a Future Travel Credit (eCredit) valid for up to 1 year.

- Phone Support: Call our 24/7 customer service desk. Have your 6-character PNR (Booking Reference) ready.

Note: To receive any potential credits, flights must be canceled prior to the scheduled departure time to avoid being classified as a "No-Show."

In addition to airline penalty fees, FLIGHTINDEED may charge a nominal processing fee for cancellations handled by our live agents (usually $25-$50 per ticket). This will be disclosed before you finalize your cancellation.
Missing a flight constitutes a "No-Show." For most non-refundable tickets, a no-show results in the total forfeiture of the ticket value, meaning no refund or credit will be issued. Always cancel before departure if you cannot make it.
Travel credits are tied to the original passenger's name and cannot be transferred. To redeem a credit, you must call our customer service team. Keep in mind that you may need to pay the fare difference if the new flight is more expensive.
