By accessing our website, communicating with our agents via phone or WhatsApp, or booking a flight through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
FLIGHTINDEED acts solely as an intermediary (a travel agent) between you (the traveler) and the airlines. We do not own or operate any aircraft.

2. Booking & Reservations
All flight bookings made through FLIGHTINDEED are subject to availability at the time of booking. The airlines reserve the right to change prices without prior notice before a ticket is officially issued (ticketed).
- Name Accuracy: You must enter passenger names exactly as they appear on the government-issued photo ID or passport used for travel. Airlines strictly prohibit name changes after ticketing, and doing so may require canceling and rebooking at a higher fare.
- Schedule Changes: Airlines occasionally change flight schedules. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check your flight status 24 hours prior to departure.
3. Payments & Fees
We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize FLIGHTINDEED and its payment processors to charge the total amount of your booking.
- Service Fees: FLIGHTINDEED may charge a non-refundable booking/service fee for utilizing our platform and agent services. This fee is included in the total price displayed at checkout.
- Airline Fees: Your fare may not include additional airline charges such as checked baggage, seat selection, in-flight meals, or priority boarding. See our Baggage Rules page for more details.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

In all instances where an airline permits a cancellation, FLIGHTINDEED may charge an agency processing fee (typically $25-$50 per ticket) to handle the transaction on your behalf.
5. Passenger Responsibilities (Visas & Passports)
It is the absolute responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have the correct documentation for their journey. FLIGHTINDEED is not liable if you are denied boarding due to missing documentation.
- Passports: For international travel, your passport must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended return date.
- Visas & Health: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary tourist, transit, or business visas, as well as meeting any health requirements or vaccinations for your destination.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
FLIGHTINDEED acts strictly as an agent for the airlines. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
We hold no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure, or other causes beyond our direct control, and we have no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred by you as a result.
