Terms and Conditions

 

1. InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), offers to its customers and agents discounted fares and Add-Ons for flight bookings made through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) or IndiGo 6ESkai or IndiGo WhatsApp (+917065145858) or preferred Travel Partner’s website/mobile app from 00:01 hours on November 11, 2024 up to 23:59 hours on November 13, 2024 (“Offer Period”) for on all domestic and international sectors for travel period from January 1, 2025 till April 30, 2025. (“Offer”)
2. During the Offer Period, all-inclusive (one-way) fares start from INR 1,111/- for domestic sectors and INR 4,511 for international sectors on all IndiGo flights.
3. Additionally, IndiGo is offering discount on the following ancillaries (“Add-ons”) during the Offer Period:
   • Flat 15% discount on Fast Forward, 6E Seat and Eat for Domestic and International Sectors
   • Flat 15% discount on Prepaid Excess Baggage for Domestic Sectors
   • Seat selection starting at INR 111 for domestic sectors
4. IndiGo is offering additional discount 11% on the flight bookings made exclusively through IndiGo website (goindigo.in) or IndiGo mobile app (whether Android or iOS) from 11:00 hours up to 11:59 hours during the Offer Period (“Price Drop Hour”) for the following select destinations:
   • Singapore (SIN)
   • Nairobi (NBO)
   • Male (Maldives) (MLE)
   • Istanbul (IST)
   • Goa/North Goa (GOI/GOX)
   • Sri Nagar (SXR)
   • Cochin (COK)
   • Bhopal (BHO)
   • Shirdi (SAG)
   • Vishakhapatnam (VTZ)
   • Varanasi (VNS)

5. Price Drop Hour offer is applicable only to bookings made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date of the flight.
6. Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes and levies.
7. The Offer is valid for all IndiGo non-stop & connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
8. The Offer is subject to limited inventory. The special fares under the Offer will be provided to customers based on availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
9. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme/ promotion /offer offered by IndiGo.

10. This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. Changes to the itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and any fare difference between the flight booked under the Offer and the revised flight as per IndiGo’s standard terms and conditions.
11. The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s hold bookings.
12. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage (available at goindigo.in.) and government rules and regulations, including visa and health requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to comply with these regulations. IndiGo will not be responsible in any manner in the event of denial of boarding basis the non-compliance of these regulations and conditions.
13. The Offer, including the flights booked are subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any given point of time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
14. IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.

15. By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Offer Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future in accordance with IndiGo’s privacy policy (available at https://www.goindigo.in/information/privacy.html.)

16. IndiGo reserves the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
17. This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
